Termination

InfoTronex AE Ltd reserves the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to breach of these terms.

Upon termination:

• Your right to use our services will cease immediately
• We may delete your account and all associated data after a reasonable notice period
• You remain liable for all charges incurred prior to termination
• Provisions regarding intellectual property, limitation of liability, and governing law shall survive termination

We will provide reasonable assistance with data export during a transition period, subject to the terms of your service agreement.

Changes to Terms

InfoTronex AE Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated terms on our website and updating the "last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
